2. How much is shipping?
       Shipping is calculated 2 ways
      1.Based on the weight of the item plus small handling fee
      2.Based on flat rate which includes small handling charge
Just add item to your cart and click checkout to see your shipping charges. You can always go back to shopping!

Please be aware I can only ship items via the flat rate option if the items fit otherwise that option even though listed is not an option

3. Do you offer a shipping discount?
         We do offer combined shipping!
        *Multiple qualifying purchases will receive a discount in shipping costs. Discount varies.
        * Please note some items do not qualify for combined shipping. These items will be noted.

4. How long will it take to receive my item?
           We process all orders within 24/48 hours. After that it depends on the shipping method chosen and how fast the postal trucks are.

5. What if my item is lost or damaged?
          We provide tracking and insurance on all packages. If a package shows as undelivered after a reasonable time frame we will refund your full purchase price. (excluding shipping) For damages just show proof of damage and we will refund your purchase price of damaged item. (sometimes only a partial refund will occur if multiple items purchased)

6. How do you ship items?
           We ship using USPS. We use first class, parcel, and priority. Express or overnight require additional fee.

7. Do you ship internationally?
            Yes however we only accept paypal, google checkout and USD$ moneyorders. For multiple purchases Please be aware I can only ship items via the flat rate option if the items fit otherwise that option even though listed is not an option

8. How do I return an item?
            Each item is carefully inspected and thoroughly described in its listing.  However, should you desire to return an item, please contact us within 3 days of item receipt. We will gladly issue a refund of purchase price less a 10% re-stocking fee upon the item's safe return to us. (In the same condition as received.) S/h & insurance fees are non-refundable.
*  Item must be mailed within one week of refund request. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including delivery confirmation & insurance.
* We will issue a RMA # TO BE PLACED ON OUTSIDE OF PACKAGE
*No packages will be accepted without RMA#

9. Refund Policy?

10. Measurements and colors?
              We try to measure all items. If you need a measurement  that is not provided just send an email. We try to accurately describe the color although with our eyes and different monitors color may appear slightly different.
                  *Chest: Laying flat then doubled (unstretched to stretched if only one number there is no stretch)
                  *Arms: underarm to cuff and shoulder to cuff
                  *Waist: Laying flat then doubled
(unstretched to stretched if only one number there is no stretch)
                  *inseam: center of crotch to cuff. 
                  *hips: not measured with the way pants lie so low it’s hard to tell where the hips sit but we will try if requested
